A requirement specification document is prepared by the team as per customer requirements. At a minimum this requirement includes Functional & performance requirements, Applicable security requirements, Requirements not stated by customer but necessary for the intended use of the product.
The requirement specification document is reviewed and approved by the team, which forms the baseline for the subsequent design and coding phases. Changes, if any, to the requirement specification after the approval, are studied, their impact evaluated, documented, reviewed and approved before the same are agreed upon and incorporated.
Design : The design phase is carried out using an appropriate system design methodology, standard & guidelines. Requirement document forms the input for carrying out design activities. The design output is documented in a design document and reviewed by the team. Changes, if any, to the Design document after the approval, are studied, their impact evaluated, documented, reviewed and approved before the same are agreed upon and incorporated.
Coding : The Adas Project Management Team constructs the software product to be delivered to meet the design specification using:
